OFFICIAL RULES – THE UNDERTONE PODCAST CONTEST
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible.
Void where prohibited.

2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on February 13th 2026 at 9:00PM Eastern and ends when twenty (20) eligible participants have successfully completed all ten (10) puzzles, or on MARCH 31st 2026 at 11:59PM EASTERN, whichever occurs first.
Organizer’s server time is the official timekeeper.

3. How to Enter
Participants must solve all ten (10) puzzles in their correct order without assistance.
One entry per HOUSEHOLD.
Use of automation, brute-force methods, or exploitation of the site infrastructure is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

4. Prize
Twenty (20) winners will each receive one (1) $25 Fandango digital gift card.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $25 per prize.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection
The first twenty (20) eligible participants to successfully complete all ten (10) puzzles, as determined by timestamp verification, will be declared winners, subject to eligibility verification.
In the event of a tie, the earlier recorded server timestamp will prevail.
Winners will input their information upon completion to be notified via email if they have won and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

6. Technical Requirements
Some puzzles may require access to a computer and/or free software compatible with Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems.
Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, lost data, server interruptions, or compatibility problems.

7. Disqualification
Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
  • Violates these rules
  • Uses automation, pentesting, brute-forcing, or attempts to disrupt the game
  • Engages in behavior that undermines the integrity of the contest
Pentesting, DDOS attempts, URL manipulation, or server exploitation are strictly prohibited.

8. Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.

9. Publicity
Winners may be invited (but are not required) to provide a name, photo, or statement for promotional purposes. Participation in publicity is optional unless otherwise required by law.

10. Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
